Persistence Pays....
My Vit D is 156. Vitalady's high range is 120 and the "lab" report high range is 80...
So - do I reduce how much I'm taking or is this ok? Is there another Vit that I need to look at along with it to see if its working the way it should be?

As for other supplements with vit D, I think it all depends what you are looking for. If it is for bone loss prevention you have to make sure your minerals like calcium, magnesium and phosphorous are in good range.
I think this would be a great question for Michelle (vitalady) to answer.
