What's your vitamin routine?
I think the dry vitamin A (palmitate) definitely fixed the night blindness but I'm not sure of it helped the overall vision. That might be from fixing the diabetes.
You asked about dry D3. Most obese people, if not all people these days of living and working indoors, are low on vitamin D. Dry D3 for RNY and DS is critical because we malabsorb oils and we can't convert D2 to D3, which is what the body needs to help with calcium absorption and bone strength. Three things go hand-in-hand: D3, calcium and parathyroid hormone (PTH). When you get your labs, you want D3 up near 100, calcium around 9.2 (low 9's is a good thing, not higher) and PTH around 30 (again, low numbers are a good thing).

I take the Proferrin and vita lady said this does not have to be taken with vit C. she said it does not like acid like the other iron. I take it before bed.
In the morning I take B complex, Zinc and I just started on Magnesium since I had a talk with Vita lady. I also take Milk thistle in the morning and before bed.
I take Calcium Citrate as often as I can remember. I take a chewable I got from
Vitacost.com . After dinner I like to take the Bariatric Advantage choc. chews because they feel like dessert to me.
I recently got some liquid calcium citrate from Cotco that is berry flavored and doesn't taste too bad. Vita Lady said I should be taking more than 1500 mg a day but I seem to not be able to remember to take it more than 3x per day.
I also take Biotin sometime during the day. I am not sure if it helps my hair but it's cheap so I take it. A few hours later, I take a hair and nails vitamin. Same story. Not sure if it's helping my hair but it's cheap. My nails do seem to be doing better since I started it.
I take Coscto's adult gummies sometime during the day. I try to space all my stuff out at least 2 hours apart .
