OT.........E, I, E, I, O

That was Halle's sound of the day.......as I was singing Old McDonald!  She was singing along with me!  AND she said she wanted to go bye bye again....as she waved bye bye.......I think she is starting to catch on to this whole communication thing!!

LOVE it!!!  Sounds like she is taking off like a rocket!!!  This is GREAT news!!!!  It seems like yesterday we were having these celebrations with Dylan and then the other day he used his words and told me he was running away to Washington DC!

I hope we can have convos like that one day.......I can't believe how her singing eieio would make me react this way.  I don't even remember the first song my oldest daughter sang......but I know I'll never forget that this was Halles!  I think the only problem we will have with this "new communication" is it's hard for mommy to say NO when she uses her words........LOL  Sometimes I need to and she just doesn't understand why I won't let her do something or have something when she used her "words".........then the meltdowns begin........I guess I have to take the bad with the good........LOL

Yep, you do, but it is still so great when this happens!!  It was actually pretty funny because I asked Dylan where he was going to sleep because he didn't know anyone in Washington DC and then he said to me he knew Barak Obama and he could go there!  LOL!  It was SO hard to keep a straight face.  At 3, no eye contact, didn't know his own name, didn't know I was mommy, no expressive or receptive language at all!!  I NEVER thought we would get to where we are now, so it is totally happening for you!!!  Enjoy it!  Meltdowns and all LOL!!
