This is my feeling as well but I am supposed to bring in my vitamin's next week to them and I really don't want to waste money on Flinestones when I feel very strongly that they are not enough.  I was pretty shocked that they suggested these.  They are a Center of Excellence.

My NUT told me to take 2 Flinstone vitamins also so it's not just your doc. I take the women's gummies though instead and the addtl biotin and iron. I just can't stomach the taste of chewable vitamins like Centrum and that.

I also use Centrum and take it along with my b vit complex. I find that they also upset my stomach. the only thing I have found to work is to eat a little of my meal, take the vitamins then eat the rest of the meal. This way they are covered up in food and don't touch my sleeve walls at all. Even post op this is how I have to do them. I also can't take them with a liquid meal, like a protein shake. Has to be a dense fod.
Good luck,
Holly

I would start out with taking two target brand chewables and after using up the bottle switch to Optisource post-bariatric chewables then eventually add a multivitamin too. I now also take 4000u of D3 and calcium citrate. But you will need to adjust yours as I have has a DS WLS. 50,000u of D3 seem excessive but maybe you might need that much. My labs have been in the normal range so I plan on sticking with my regiment. Good Luck with your new self.....Jeff

Oh yeah, I just made it easy on myself and order the Bariatric Advantage chewables and calcium. I take a chewable iron, and sublingual B12 and D3 as well. So far, this has kept me covered. I really don't think Flintstones are recommended by many.
