QUESTION: recently began having occular migrains again (visual interruptions) Had these in highschool through college and into late 20s. then I gained quite a bit of weight and they seemed to go away-- now I've lost weight and am back where I was around those years and they've started back up----- anyone have idea's what might be triggering? They sometimes come with nausea, headache - sometimes just 20-40 min of visual issues.... would love to know if anyone else has come across this issue. (no, I'm not dehydrated!)

all of these will make U sweat the toxins out ....as will hot yoga .
I had bad headachey feelings until i started de-toxing though sweating regularly ....
