I tried to catch up on a few posts last night.  I really miss you guys!  They need to hire someone here soon!!!!

Hi Roz!  We miss you here!  How did you warm my protein and for how long?  Mixed with water or milk?

B - 2 1/2 scoops protein in my coffee with cinnamon SF syrup (not enough, couldn't really taste it)
L - turkey/cheese sandwich on wheat bread with lite miracle whip
S - venison sausage (now I'm real thirsty)...
D - no idea

Weekend sodium pounds gone! I drank like a fish (and ran to the bathroom about 1000 times!).

B: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee
     1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee
S: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee
L: 1/2 chicken salad sandwich (low carb bread, home-made chicken salad w/hummus instead of     mayo, dill pickle, egg whites, celery)
    Carrots, celery
S: 1oz light havarti cheese, apple, cucumber
D: 3oz chicken w/onion soup mix, FFcream of mushroom, greek yogurt (new recipe I found)
S: 1/2C cottage cheese, celery w/PB2
(calories too low, trying to add some leftover salmon if I can)

Totals Cal: 1147, Fat: 28, Carb: 77, Prot: 151
Water: 80oz so far, Vitamins: Done

QUESTION:   recently began having occular migrains again (visual interruptions)   Had these in highschool through college and into late 20s.   then I gained quite a bit of weight and they seemed to go away-- now I've lost weight and am back where I was around those years and they've started back up----- anyone have idea's what might be triggering?    They sometimes come with nausea, headache - sometimes just 20-40 min of visual issues....  would love to know if anyone else has come across this issue.   (no, I'm not dehydrated!)

 Toxins come to mind Bev-   have U tried  going into a Sauna lately  ?  or a steam bath  or a  really really hot bath  and siting there  for an hour or two (  a  Furo  in Japanese ?)  

all of these will make U sweat the toxins out  ....as will  hot yoga .

I had bad headachey feelings  until i started  de-toxing  though sweating regularly ....
