  I'll give you a hand just for trying.  I'm not a cook either and I probably wouldn't even attempt it.   Just making the cheesecake yogurt desserts were a challenge for me....LOL

 I was going to suggest applesauce as well, but pumpkin sounds good.

I remember reading that Brandilynn uses peanut flour instead of PB2 in things.  I saw it for sale at Trader Joe's.  I wonder how that would work for flavor?

 substitute melted  promise fat free  margarine  PLUS    a bunch of butter buds forthe butter  .. same taste , same mouth feel no fat ....

U can Use  the PB2  and also add  teh equivalent promise plus butter buds to it  to " fatten " it out  as was removed  from when it was " real  "  peanut butter  not low fat .


thats what  I would do anyway ....  also  add a BIT  more sugar or splenda cuz unfortunately  theres salt added  to both products
