Cute new avia.  I'm having trouble keeping up with all the changes.

Shannon, you're such a sweetie.  I want to tell you that i LOVE your new Avi.  You look so *****y and happy and glowing.  It was clearly a wonderful birthday weekend for you.  :)

I'm sorry that your hair is thinning out too.  We all seem to have to go through it.

Thank you Lee!

Yeah, the hair loss is quite possibly the worst part for me, but I'll live.

Lee, I'm sorry about your hair.  That's something I'm dreading.  You're very cute so I'll bet the haircut is adorable.  Just wear your new 'do with a huge smile on your face.  Look what you've accomplished!

Lee, to be quite honest, I thought your shorter hair looked cute. I know that we always think the worst about our hair, clothes, or weight, but other people often see it differently. Cutting your hair shorter may be a good thing in the long run, so that the new growth is even and not so obvious against the old growth. I haven't started this process---yet. It isn't something that I am looking forward to.

Hey, I hadn't thought about that.  When it grows in it will be more even.  Now there's something to celebrate.  I hope that you won't have to go through this!

You have gorgeous clear blue eyes. I'd bet the shorter cut makes them pop even more. You are creative, so I know you'll turn the new hair to an asset. You've been playing with clothes, now time for accessories and make up.

You've reminded me that this is a long haul and change is a part of the process. Too bad we can't chose how we will respond to weight loss, but the ultimate outcome will be good. (This is to buck myself up, too. I was back to 199.5 this morning.)

Lots of love and hugs to you.

Wendy, 199.5!!!!  You're under 200.  Let's hope that you can stay there and keep going down.  You'll be amazed at how great you feel with every pound that you shed.  Hang in there.  You're doing great.  it's a long haul but look how far you've already come!

It's funny that you comment on my eyes.  My hairdresser said that I'm easy because if she cuts it short my eyes just pop out in my face which makes everything just fine.

Definately we need a picture.  I had very short hair for many, many years.  I just let mine get to shoulder lenght last year and have been trying to find a happy place with it since then.  I'm sure yours is adorable. If I have to cut  mine, it won't be much of an issue.  It will seem normal.

Your positive light and energy shine so much that no one will be looking much at your hair, your face shines so.  It will just be a new halo for you.
