This is absolutely what I have been missing. I am going to give myself 45 minutes a day! Going to start with 3 days weight training and on those days 20 minutes cardio and the other days 30-45 minutes cardio. I am pretty sure I can do this!!! I have to kicjk it into gear I always feel better when I get in a groove!

I didn't sleep well last night, so I missed my run this morning. I just got home (8:00 p.m.) for the day and just don't have a workout left in me. I plan to hit the track in the morning though.

This week, I just plan to get out there at least 5 times and I've already missed one!

I'm sorry you didn't sleep well. I hate it when that happens...throws off everything. Hopefully you got some rest last night!
