Fitness Challenge - December 6

We are beginning a new fitness week!! Any goals you'd like to share with us?
My goals is to be consistent and to have fun with fitness. And you??
Today I should be doing cardio only. Hopefully the machines won't be full. It is amazing how 'guilty' peeps feel and show up working out more after the turkey feast...lol then it slows down for a bit and then boom...after Christmas and New Years...crowded...

I had meetings all day so I didn't get to curves but I did get on the floor. Once I started, I realized I was sore from my work yesterday, but I did some anyway. Hopefully, I can stick to it and get my core in better shape.

Every Mon/Tues I say I'm going to Zumba and find a reason NOT too. Today is because its snowing like hell and colder than *you know what* and I don't want to go back outside... what kind of excuse is that when I have an elliptical sitting in my living room?

I so know what you mean about wanting to go but finding a reason not to go...that is me lately too,...you are not alone! I know it's part of the season...we are pulled in so many directions willingly or not...lol

I want to start a regular exercise program this week. I need to do more than walk on my breaks at work. To begin this process, I made an appointment to meet with a personal trainer on Wednesday evening. She will start with a physical fitness assessment and develop a program for me. I need to tone my flabby skin. My butt is gone. Where did it go?
3 cold walks today. Tomorrow, long johns!
