Well, here is my menu for the day.

B - Protein Coffee (48g & 228 cal)
S - 2 of my no fuss egg muffs (12g & 100 cal) & fiber cereal (2g & 60 cal)
L - spring salad w/pinto beans, corn, and cheese (10g & 175 cal)
S - chili from wendy's (14g & 190 cal)
D - turkey pasta marinara (26g & 140 cal)
S - hot choc protein drink (29g & 164 cal)

Protein:  141g
Calories: 1057

Vitamins: on track only evening left
Water: 64oz down 32 to go
Miles: cardio only today

I really want to stick with this plan because it is well within my goals...

It was exciting but it's also a huge feeling of relief.  This is my DD's living and she puts practically everything she has into it. 

Today must the day for Wendy's chili...LOL  I just went and bought some for the next couple days.

Oh Roz, I know you were thrilled.  Congrats.

I did a very stupid thing today.  I was rushing to get to the dentist and ate a piece of steak too fast and didn't chew well enough.  Managed to make it through the dentist but was really sick with foamies after.  I'm ok now but will have protein drink for supper instead of food.  That was a first for me and I knew I was being stupid when I did it.  I certainly learned my lesson.  I feel so normal most of the time, I just have to remember that I'm not.

I don't know how you got through the dentist after that!!   I've done that at Competitions several times because I'm in a hurry or talking when I'm eating and I think just trying not to get sick makes the foamies worse.   I have a terrible time with steak even when I eat slow.

That's alot of snow!!!  We got about 5" but it's coming down like crazy.  School will probably be called off again tomorrow.

I need to get some clementines.  All of the other fruit is looking crappy.

Roz, tell them congratulations!!  That's great.  I'm so technically challenged, I turned my sound off on my computer and can't get it turned back on.  I watched the video, but no sound so you can't really tell anything!!

I'm in Rome now for my surgeon's appointment in the morning.  My pouch feels so much better, but thought I would get him to go ahead and check it out anyway.

I'm sorry I haven't been catching up on the posts Linda but I've been thinking about you!!  I'm glad you are feeling better but it is probably good you are getting checked out.  Did you figure out what was causing it?

I went tonight and bought 2 small Wendy's Chili's so I have them for a couple of my lunches this week.  I love their chili!!!

congrats!  I have been having trouble carbing too much,too. Been trying really hard to carb cleanse and been hitting the protein pretty heave since Sat. down 3# today when I weighed at the PCP"S office so I am pleased with that.
