For all of you that sent best wishes for our All-Star Cheer Competition yesterday...we took 8 teams and we got 8 firsts, 4 Division Champs, and our Diamonds won Grand Champion of the whole Comp.  I was was so tired when we got home that I went to bed at 8:00!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!  Sounds like a very long day but must have been an amazing day for you and everyone!  Great job!!!

B:  Protein Hot cocoa (32 g)

L: Chicken (I made in the crock pot yesterday with soy sauce, chick peas, parsley, garlic, sea salt, pepper with the skinless/boneless chicken thighs as they are much softer for me) (15 g)

D: Same as lunch I eat so little and my family is not big on leftovers that I don't like to see it go to waste (15 g)

ADS: Protein hot cocoa (32 g)

Total for the day 94g of protein (always all my water and vitamins :) )

Need to press to get on the treadmill.  Not very motivated for it today.

I love meat cooked in the crock pot.  It makes it so tender.  My DH hates leftovers so I've never made them, but since I can't eat much at a meal I've learned to enjoy leftovers because I just can't bring myself to throw out that much food.

Congrats! I was a cheerleader all through schools and love watching competitions! I'm up 2 pounds, but I'm quite sure it is normal fluctuation or water retention because I did really well all weekend even with all the birthdays. We are going to the Chinese buffet tonight at DD's request for her birthday dinner, so I'm pretty low calorie for the rest of the day.

I've been wondering how you did with the celebrations.  I'm glad to hear you did good!!  Chinese food seems so salty to me now.

Did you watch the you tube video of our most advance squad that I posted above?  I'd like the opinion of a former cheerleader.  My girls all cheered too and it was so much fun.  I thought those years were over until my DD started Coaching.  Since that's her living now I don't see a future without cheerleading in it.

I Love the New Avie!!!  

I have a quick question.  In your other Avie, I'm assuming that was DH in the photo with you.  He looks like a big guy like my DH.  Not heavy just big.  Do you feel like you are getting bear hugged and a little overwhelmed when he hugs you?  When my DH hugs me now I feel like I'm going to smother....LOL   Even when he just lays his arm around my shoulder it feels so heavy now.

Yeah, I'm now 5ft tall, and DH is 6'3", plus he is built really big. He has lost lots of weight with me, regained a little. He picks me up all the time now. Sometimes when we are playing around it hurts me and he feels so bad. He said he forgets that I am so fragile now lol.

LOVED your girls' routine. I watched the video and it is really good! They have their timing down so well too, that is hard to do.

I'm up 3 lbs - I've been grazing again and carbing.  I need to get back on track.

I've been trying to decarb too  (as I sit here eating High Fiber Oatmeal...LOL)  My carbs are usually oatmeal, cheezits, BQ chips, and a couple of fries every once in awhile.  I rarely eat potatoes, pasta, or bread.  

Skipping dinner isn't a good idea.  That would make me grab the wrong thing later for sure.

Well... dinner was 2 no-bake SF cookies...  I really wasn't very hungry tonight.  I did peruse the frig and found my son ate my chicken wings, which I was going to eat... so maybe that was a good thing!
