Hope you come home and tell us all about winning.
Freezing here and a wind which makes it miserable to be out.  I did 25 minutes of floor exercise for the first time today.  Woohoo.  And the scales finally moved again (only a week but I like to keep moving)

I am getting ready to go grocery shopping today and plan the meals for the week...but this is what I have so far for my menu today

B - 2 egg whites 2 slices bacon & 1/2 slice wheat toast. 6oz tomato juice (17g & 196 cal)
S - protein shake (48g & 228 cal)
L - ?
D - ?
S - protein shake (24g & 114 cal)

Roz, I hope your competition went good.

We had my families Christmas this weekend.  Everyone left this morning and we had a great time.  I took my DIL Christmas shopping this afternoon for her family.  Now I'm trying to catch up and finish clothes and things before back to work tomorrow for 1/2 day.  My appointment with my surgeon is Tuesday morning.  My stomach feels so much better, but I've really watched what I have been eating.

Here's what I've had today.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  3/4 Cheeseburger(no Bun), couple of fries, ketchup
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  3 ozs Ribeye Steak, Salad

Water:  100 ozs.
Miles:  Walked and shopped all afternoon!!
