Gonna try to run any and all errands today and tomorrow----we're expecting a "clipper" here tomorrow and the highs for the early part of the week will only be in the low 40's...That is SUPER cold for here in Georgia. I've got to dig out the little bit of "winterwear" stuff we have!

Today is my DH's xmas party (casual) for his unit. So, nothing really planned today other than shopping for a new pair of jeans and top and getting ready...

I've been terrible about posting my menu just because my eating has been so weird lately. I'll give today a try:
Protein coffee
4 power chews (for the run)
some bites of brownie and fudge
egg flower soup, rice, chicken, chow mein (celery kind)
Costco samples
vodka and lite cranberry
Toppings off a piece of pizza
That about it. This is a completely humiliating menu. I just didn't take the time to get prepared today.
I did run 4.5 miles this morning and took my vitamins....and drank my water.
