I was just looking over some of the posts and I noticed on Thursday's M&M, I dated it Dec. 12th.   I must have been really wishing for the week to be over...LOL

Have a wonderful weekend!!  We are off to watch the 2 little ones at Soccer class and then
I'm hoping to finish my Christmas shopping so I can relax a little and get some free time.

Having my son's 15th birthday party today. Need to plan my menu, because pizza and chips are not on my list!

B decaf protein latte 31g
S 1 c skim with chocolate protein powder 35g
L  2-3 oz stir fried beef with a little veg
S 1 cup skim with choc pro powder 35g
D 1/2 sausage link with peppers and onions
S carrots and celery with light ranch dip

miles yoga and another quick mile walk with Buddy, bbrrrr... its so cold today!

My husband is on-call today (which translates to he'll be at the hospital all day!) so my daughter and I are going to do some POWER SHOPPING for him.  His gift is actually a huge duck-hunting trip in Arkansas but we need some little things to wrap up and put under the tree......he's VERY hard to buy for so it looks like socks, underwear, and undershirts for him again this year!!! 

Gonna try to run any and all errands today and tomorrow----we're expecting a "clipper" here tomorrow and the highs for the early part of the week will only be in the low 40's...That is SUPER cold  for here in Georgia.  I've got to dig out the little bit of "winterwear" stuff we have!

Eating today:

Snack:  Honeycrisp Apple (my new passion)

Lunch:  Leftover Margherita pizza

Dinner:  ???  I've got to make some chicken noodle soup for friend so I may just have a bowl of this with a little extra chicken!

We have our Carriage club Christmas party tonight and hopefully, I can make it.  It has been raining and sleeting all afternoon.  37degrees.  It is about an hour south of here so it should be fine there and I imagine the roads will be ok.  Besides, somone else has to help eat this sugar free pumpkin cheesecake I made.  So dinner will be filled in later, one way or the other.

Hi Roz...sorry things are so crazy...I have not been posting and really need to get back on track. 

Today is my DH's xmas party  (casual) for his unit. So, nothing really planned today other than shopping for a new pair of jeans and top and getting ready...

B - double protein shake (63g & 388 cal) made w/quad skinny venti caramel latte 
S - Fiber one all bran (4g & 60 cal)
L - ? 
D - ? 
S - protein shake (24g & 114 cal)

Protein: 91g w/o lunch and dinner
Cal: 562 w/o lunch and dinner

Vits: done with morning and afternoon
Water: slacking but will pick up
Miles: shopping and dancing later :)

Hey Roz,
I've been terrible about posting my menu just because my eating has been so weird lately. I'll give today a try:

Protein coffee
4 power chews (for the run)
some bites of brownie and fudge
egg flower soup, rice, chicken, chow mein (celery kind)
Costco samples
vodka and lite cranberry
Toppings off a piece of pizza

That about it. This is a completely humiliating menu. I just didn't take the time to get prepared today.

I did run 4.5 miles this morning and took my vitamins....and drank my water.
