I'm busy doing a big cake decorating job for DD's B-day, and am totally off track. Plus I ate a piece of cake that I trimmed off. However, I am still within my limits for the day.

B: 2prot coffees
S: prot coffee, chocolate cake
L: cucumber, celery, grilled chicken
S: protein decaf
D: grilled chicken
S: more raw veggies

Not sure on totals, but I know I'm ok.
Water: over 100oz so far, Vitamins: Done
Exercise: day off
