I am totally getting away from the "basics" (cottage cheese, greek yogurt, etc) as I don't mind eating the same things, but I really don't love or even enjoy those at all, so it feels too much like a diet for me when I do that. I am getting experimental with flavors and spices and keeping it healthy at the same time. This, for me, makes it a real lifestyle change as I am still enjoying eating :) Only problem is I am the only one who does left overs, so I have to get better at making a smaller amount and splitting and freezing the portion sizes of like chicken etc that I bring home as after I defrost it, I cook it (do not re-freeze, etc) so if it doesn't get used it gets wasted. I'm getting better though.
Enjoy the weekend all!!
OH, and Edited to add I got on the scale this morning, and below 200, but afraid to update and post until I've been there for a couple of days!!! So Onderland, I am either here or VERY close! YEAH!!!
