I don't mind the shakes at all now. Didn't much like them right after surgery but don't mind them now. It really helps to find stuff you like. I seem to be in the 600 range most days. I use the tracker on this website and write in on Miles and menus. Keeps me honest and knowing that even when the scale isn't moving, like now, I am doing what I need to and it will.
