Menus and Miles Thursday Dec. 12th

I'm having a hard time calculating food because it just seems it's party after party.

MENU (definitely not getting my protein in)
Protein coffee
Fage yogurt
Party at lunch - chicken, catfish, rizzota (tiny bit), olives, feta, lettuce, 1 tsp ranch, and 1 bite each of 3 desserts.
Snack - 10 tortilla chips and a string cheese
Dinner - Not sure yet. I need to get home and figure that out. Maybe left over chinese from last night's party.

MILES
Will go home and get on the elliptical or run - 1 hour whichever I do. and YOGA.

VITS/WATER
Going swell.

PROBLEM
I am kind of afraid I'm getting sick. Throat and ears hurt a tiny bit and I sneezed once today....and my face feels flushed. Hmmm? Maybe a sick day tomorrow.
