Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Good morning Roz! I'm getting a little worried about the weekend already, my birthday, DD's birthday, lots of out to eats and cake. I've been really good all week, and will just make the best choices I can this weekend.

B: 2 protein coffees
S: protein coffee (and probably some decaf green tea)
L: tuna w/hummus on low carb tortilla, carrots, zucchini
S: string cheese, grilled chicken
D: 1 slice home-made pizza (my special healthy pizza)
S: carbmaster yogurt, celery w/pb2

Cal: 1116, Fat: 22, Carb: 75, Prot: 158
Water: 64oz so far, Vitamins: Done
Exercise: Killer workout today-75 minutes treadmill, 200 crunches, 45 push-ups, 2 planks, several new core exercises, leg lifts

Try not to worry Shannon.  I know you will make good choices.   This isn't a diet it is a lifelong commitment.  We can't turn everything we enjoy down,  but we need to know our limits.

Hi Roz!  Not sure if I answered you before, but I bought the cinnamon and some more of the peppermint paddy.  I don't have the pump, so I just pour it in....

My eating hasn't been very good lately.  The scale is showing 124.5... but I know I need to get back on track as I want to be at 123 for long term maintenance.  I know its not a lot, but just something I need to do to stay in control.

B - 2 1/2 scoops chocolate protein in my coffee (got a bigger cup)
L - Beef stroganoff leftovers
D - going out

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I understand about the 124.5 compared to 123.  It's getting close to 125.  When I gained those couple of pounds everything fit the same and I didn't feel any different but 115 was just way to close. 

I tried pouring mine in and I felt like I was using to much.  I like the pumps because then I can make it the same all of the time and the bottles are lasting a really long time.   I have them lined up on my
counter and my DH didn't know what they were and he flipped because he thought my DSIL brought liqueur into the house...LOL
