Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

My eating hasn't been very good lately. The scale is showing 124.5... but I know I need to get back on track as I want to be at 123 for long term maintenance. I know its not a lot, but just something I need to do to stay in control.
B - 2 1/2 scoops chocolate protein in my coffee (got a bigger cup)
L - Beef stroganoff leftovers
D - going out
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

I tried pouring mine in and I felt like I was using to much. I like the pumps because then I can make it the same all of the time and the bottles are lasting a really long time. I have them lined up on my
counter and my DH didn't know what they were and he flipped because he thought my DSIL brought liqueur into the house...LOL
