Congratulations! Hope you can reach your goal. I echo the earlier sentiment that exercising actually gives you more energy - even if it's a small amount of exercise.

Congratulations on the 150's.  Glad you are feeling better.  Hope you can get your energy up and your cold gets better.

Congrats on the weight loss, but sorry to hear you aren't feeling more energetic yet. I would think that having 60 less pounds to carry around would automatically give you more energy. What side effects were you having before your revision? Sounds like you  have been thru a lot!

And super congratulations on quitting smoking and nail biting too!

I had chronic diarrhea and bloating gas.  Also the fatigue was one of the reason I wanted the revision.  I am still hoping that once I am absorbing vitamins better and the levels come back up I will feel better.

I'm jealous!  Today, I can't even imagine being in the 150's.  I hope your energy finds its way back to you soon!

What amazing steps you've taken!  That's really really incredible.

Exercise will make a big difference in your energy (eventually - not initially, at least in my experience) - when you're ready to go there.  It also helps with depression (I mean, along with other treatment) - trust, I know this firsthand!

What a victory to make it to the 150's!!  I can't wait to join you there.  I'm glad that your revision is working.  You certainly deserve to live in a healthier body.  Good job on learning to really work it this time.
