Hey A****otally wanna be a fitness slob today...I'll try real hard to get to the gym tonight. My DH is getting ready to go for a 2 week training and leaves this weekend so we gots to get him ready...oh the fun never ends...lol

I did an awesome workout today! I was sore and felt lazy when I got up, but after a protein coffee and an Advil, I was good to go! Luckily, DS was being good, so I was able to get it in early.
75 minutes treadmill (1100 calories burned)
45 push-ups
2 1minute planks
200 crunches
several new core exercises
some light weights (lol)
