What are we doing to stay active? 

My plan is cardio only today. 45 minutes minimum.

Hey A****otally wanna be a fitness slob today...I'll try real hard to get to the gym tonight. My DH is getting ready to go for a 2 week training and leaves this weekend so we gots to get him ready...oh the fun never ends...lol

Enjoy your day of rest and relaxation...well, as much as you can for your son's first bday! :)

I did an awesome workout today! I was sore and felt lazy when I got up, but after a protein coffee and an Advil, I was good to go! Luckily, DS was being good, so I was able to get it in early.

75 minutes treadmill (1100 calories burned)
45 push-ups
2 1minute planks
200 crunches
several new core exercises
some light weights (lol)

1 hour of elliptical or running when I get home (in about 1 hour).

I will also do yoga tonight. Need the stretch. :)

Today I rested.  I don't think it would've been safe to do anything, given my exhaustion & pain.  

Tomorrow I'm running before going to the chiro.  That may seem strange, but it's what I'd like to do so that I'll be warm when I see him.  Things move around better when we're warm, it seems.
