You are so close to your challenge goal hopefully today won't hurt anything. I was so close to hitting 100 lbs but I didn't feel good being that low so I increased my calories. I so wish that I had kept trying. I envy all the gold apples on the site.

Hope you are getting all of your Protein in. I used to puree my meat and everything. It looks kindof gross but it tastes just find.

Lunch: 3oz Chicken breast with 2/3 cup romaine, 4 cubes pineapple, cucumber and shredded carrots with 2 TBS asian sesame light dressing
Snack: Syntrax Lemon Tea 23GM
Dinner: Can of Sardines,, 6 triscuits, 1 TBS peanut butter
Snack: 1 small orange
