lunch (I just made this and LOVE it!) whole wheat pasta (cooked and cooled) mixed with chopped celery/carrots, lf mayo, albacore tuna, balsamic vinager and pepper! (my version of macaroni salad)

I definitely get my vitamins in every day and then just keep pushing fluid. I think I should try to keep track of my fluid and I do 4 days a week of 30 mins on the treadmill.

Today, I am a little "off". Here's the menu:
Protein coffee
Fage yogurt - breakfast
Lunch - we had to taste 12 dishes (all sorts) and judge them for a contest at work.
Needless to say, I ate lots of carbs.
Dinner - I am having a traditional chinese meal catered at a local restaurant. There
will be lots of wine and food. Probably lots more carbs
Exercise - I'll be getting home after 8pm and most likely going through a little carb/wine crash. BUT I swear, I am getting my butt on the elliptical for an hour or hitting the street for a run. I have a little shinsplint and I'm trying to take it easy this week.
Vitamins - Fine
Water - Fine because I'm chugging down the tea today!
