Sorry I haven't been around..I'm going to try really hard to get to your posts!  We had a girl quit at work before her last day and then another one had a heart attack and has been in ICU for a week.  We are so short handed that we have to work through our lunch.  When I get home I'm too exhausted to be on the computer much.  

I really appreciate Everyone Encouraging and Supporting Each other!  I LOVE MY LW'S!!!!!

So sorry to hear about the craziness at work! Hang in there. I hope all will get better soon. I hope your coworker is doing better and gets out of the icu soon.

Your latte sound really good.  I wish I liked the taste of coffee because that would give me some variety getting in my Protein drinks.

I hope things settle down at work soon! Do you get any vacation time around Christmas? Thanksgiving pounds are gone! So now I am going to slowly up my calories to a normal level and see where I need to be for maintenance.

B: 2 protein coffees

L: sandwich wrap on low carb tortilla, snap peas, zucchini
S: celery w/pb2, string cheese
D: grilled chicken w/mashed cauliflower

Also a couple of decaf green teas during the day

I am supposed to get the Thursday and Friday before Christmas off but with everything going on I'm not sure that will happen.

I'm glad you got those extra pounds off.
