I would like to lose at least another 10 lbs because that would put me smack in the middle of a healthy weight for my height.  I think, aside from loose skin, that I look a little thick around the middle and I also have very thick, strong legs so there is some weight there that I can also loose.

WOW Shammy! Looking Good!:) I hope I look as good as you after a year!:) You probably are gaining muscle..your legs look pretty toned!:) That may be why the weight seems slower..have you measured? You are probably losing inches. Keep up the good work!:)

I was in the Army for 8 years in my early 20's and did a lot of running, push ups and sit ups.  I'm actually surprised at all the muscle under my loose skin.  I do naturally have thick legs but they are also very strong --I can life more than my body weight on my legs and I also have some guns to boot!  haha
