Fitneness Challenge - November 30
Good Morning! I did my full normal work-out today...and I pulled something really bad! I am in a lot of pain, so lots of stretches, heat, and ice today.
75 minute intervals on treadmill run/power walk/up and down incline
45 real push-ups
2 planks
200 crunches (some regular, some reverse, some side)
some new core exercises I learned last weekend
After this muscle gets better and these couple of pounds from Thanksgiving are gone, I'm done with the fat-burning intervals, and I'm going to work on my endurance and distance. I have some brand-new running shoes (black Friday), and I'm itching to get them dirty!

Rain, rain and flooding here. But I made it to Curves this morning so all is well.
