Fitneness Challenge - November 30

Good morning LW's...

You all did a great job yesterday from what I saw on your posts!! Way to go...

Yesterday I did 45 minutes of moderate intensity on the elliptical. According to my Polar HRM, I burned 447 calories in that time...not too shabby I think. Tonight I have a meeting right after work so I will try very hard to get to the gym after that meeting. That would put it around 7:45pm or 8pm for my workout...eh, we'll see...If not, I'll take the day as "rest"

I feel much better about getting back in the gym. I know this will all surprise you but you know when you get to the gym and you see that gal on the treadmill or elliptical rockin' out dancin' in her own little world being goofy....THAT'S ME!!!  

I will admit I have fun when I do work out my cardio!! However, when I am lifting weights....I am totally serious...

What is your plan today? Are you going out rockin' out to your jam today? 

Stay safe and warm...DRINK YOUR WATER!!! and....TAKE YOUR VITS....and have LOTS of FUN!!!

And we heard it on our run this morning - the weather was absolutely perfect for it!

Ran 30 mins
30 full situps
1 minute tricep plank
20 full pushups
5'4 CW: 130, GW: 130

Rosa, I  know what a plank is. What is a tricep plank? Heaven knows my triceps need lots of work.

i had to laugh. i too actually dance and lip sing when im doing cardio . so many people pass me thinking im saying something to them lolol, or some say how can u do that and sing at the same time? lol when im at the gym i truly enjoy it and it shows. yesterday i did the gym my usual stuff and today i will work out with my wii fit love ur new pic

You and I are sistah's in the gym...lip singing and dancin'...oh ya...!!!! Who says one has to be so serious when trying to kill oneself on a stationary piece of equipment....

Good Morning,

I'm still a little under the weather.  Not sick, but definitely feeling the throat and headache.  I am going to commit to a 30 minute fast walk at lunchtime, just to get me out of my chair and moving.

please feel better!!!! something maybe be brewing with me too both my ears hurt a lil and when i try and put my little pinky in my ear i cant its all swollen so i think i may have a double outer ear infecto throat a teensy bit scratchy xoxoxoxoxoox

Awe Leelee....cooties are not fun. I think you should take lots of chewable C's , drink some tea or ho****er with lemon and honey and curl up and rest.!!!
