Offered a surgery date but had to reject it

Hey I happened to me too last year. They offered me 12/7, but I had to decline for 2 reasons - 1 it was my youngest DS's 2nd b-day and I was required to give my work a 30 day notice. It was actually kind of nice to pu**** out for a couple weeks.... I got to participate in our Christmas feastivities at work!
