Catching up
Good Monday my lovely LW's! I hope everyone had a great holiday!
I'm back from out of town. Had a great Thanksgiving holiday with my family. Shopped till I dropped on Black Friday and saved hundreds of $$$ Hoorah! I'm trying to recover from lack of sleep and way to many white chocolate mochas from Starbucks! Haha!
Put a pot of beans on this morning. Paying bills. Cleaning house and wrapping presents. Fun stuff this Monday. LOL
Going to Zumba tonight yay!
Monday morning weigh in....... not fun.......133 pounds eeeeekkkk! Looks like I gained a little on this Thanksgiving blah!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

AF showed her ugly face at 5am on Thanksgiving Day! I was so mad. She's almost left now and I'm cussing her for all this bloating. I bet between her and the turkey day food, that explains the 3 pound gain. Oh well, that's part of life.
I will get back on track this week that's for sure!

I'm glad it is back to routine today. I do much better when I'm on my work schedule!!
Sounds like you are back on track too.
I know sometimes on the weekend if I don't drink as much water as I should (80 - 100 ozs) I'll show an increase in weight, but it will be gone the next day if I drink my water.
