Recovering from Surgery
Sue,
Congrats on weathering the surgery. It seems like you and I are close in goal and start weights. But I'm a week or a little more behind you in surgery date. Sorry to hear about the NASH diagnosis, but if you hadn't had this surgery - you likely wouldn't have known about it. Sounds like you'll keep it at this stage as long as you continue to lose and then maintain. At least you know what you've got going on in there!
Congrats on the return to work. I can't wait for pureed foods. This liquid diet sucks.

Thanks Jane. It will be fun following each other since our surgery was so close together. The nurse told me the good thing about NASH is that if I need a liver transplant, they won't do one if your BMI is 40+. I'm not planning on getting to the point of a livery transplant, jeez, I did this to take care of Diabetes and got hit with something more serious. But feeling great and enjoying my blender food:)
