Hi Roz! I'm so glad to be back today! I went nuts last week and gained weight. I felt it in my jeans this morning too. I'm back on track today, and hoping to lose 2 pounds by the weekend. I've got my menus planned for the week, and I'm back to low carb (not quite as low as in my origional losing phase because I am keeping my fresh veggies), high protein, then back to maintenance.

The girls laugh at me at work because I eat so much chili, but I really enjoy it and it is so satisfying to me. I took a break from the yogurt cheesecake. The last time I had it, I took 2 too many bites and boy did my pouch rebel...LOL
My DD bought a Zumba dvd but we haven't tried it yet.

Hello
Just tried to have a SF plain greek yogurt for the first time and boy is it awful. Im all for plain but this is not something I can manage. What brand or what can I do to it to make it better? I bought 6 Danon brand and i dont want them to go to waste. I saw you had grek yogurt in your menu and thought you could have some tips.
Thanks!

Yes, watch it with the Greek Yogurt... that just refers to the process used in the yogurt making, not necessarily the healthy low fat target! Some brands are actually much higher in fat/sugar and cal than regular yogur****ch your labels.
I like the OIKOS brand --- It's good for getting your protein in- but it won't do anything really toward supplementing vitamins...
It comes in plain, vanilla, blue berry and honey that I've seen
Most standard large-box grocers carry it or will order it for you.
Here are some stats from my 5.3 oz cup of plain (I add some sweetner)
80 cal
0 fats
60mg sodium
230mg potassium
6g carbs
6g sugar
15g protein (!!!!)
It can be supplemented also for sour cream in recipies.
It is a thicker texture than "american standard" yogurt - more of a thick paste.
It has a more 'tart' feel/ flavor - even when sweetened -- but I like it.

A great little sneaky trick is to add a touch of sweetner and sf instant pudding mix (lots of flavors to choose). Add 1tspn to 1/2 cup dash of splenda (or whatever you may use) and mix well. It is yummy...
I have also added sf torani syrups a squirt mixed with 1/2 cup and eat it with fruit!!! YUMMO!!!
Or you can do same thing and add ranch dressing...dip carrots and veggies....
BUT I agree with you that without additives...bleh...eeeks...
You can have so much fun with it...
