Fitness Challenge - November 29
Just got back from a one-hour strength training class where we use bands, weights, and balls. It was great and I'm pretty sure I'll have some sore triceps tomorrow.
In a second here, I'm going to hop on the elliptical for an hour while watching last night's episode of Dexter. I heard it was awesome! My elliptical reports about 700 calories or so burned in an hour. I'll take it if it's true!
My goal this week will to do some calorie burning activity every day. It's going to be tough. We have a group from China visiting at work this week and that is getting me to work early and staying late. Then, my running buddy got an injury, so we are taking it easy on the running this week. I am going to do my best to stick with the routine on my own -- but it's gonna be tough!
