Fitness Challenge - November 29

Howdy LW's!!! 

This is the end of November....wha?? Where'd the time go?? This is also the beginning of a new week!! 

What are your fitness goals this week? What are your plans for today? 

Mine for this week is to be consistent in exercise all week. I want to burn at least 350 calories per session daily. My plan for today?? Is to kick my ass in cardio!! Elliptical probably...maybe with a jog to end it all on the treadmill. I'll post my stats later tonight....

Ok...soooooo.....who's next?

Today is supposed to be my day off, but the scale is up, the jeans are snug, and I'm not having it!

I wanted to take it kind of easy since I'll work out hard tomorrow back on my normal schedule.

60 minutes treadmill, mostly walking on steep incline, a couple of short jogs. It said I burned 800 calories.

Well I think the scale got all of us...if not most...ok, mine got me too...lol

I have a HRM and after my workout it said I burned 447 cal in 50 min. Not too bad since I wasn't doing too high intensity...did intervals mostly. On the elliptical of course. DH when he wears his...I swear it doesn't really look like he's working out as hard as I am and the ******* always comes up with DOUBLE whatever I burn...WTH!!! I think I need to reprogram his HRM...yah...that's it...JUST KIDDING...

Well... tonight is zumba - but I'm being a procrastinator and will be spending the next 2 evenings with the new BF before he goes off to Iowa hunting for the next 10 days.

I'll get back into the routine then - and hit the gym big time!!  You can kick me in the rear if I don't...

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

Joooodddyyy!!! How are YOU doing?? I am doing great. I really enjoyed the time off from work but was very happy to get back to it since I have a lot of stuff to do in the next 3 weeks before I am off for another 2 1/2 weeks...use or lose time....damned it all....lol

Did you make it to zumba? If not I think you get a pass since new BF and all...

Ok...in 2 days I'll be naggin' at ya!!

Back to the routine...walking and leaning push-ups. I did 3 walks and 40 push-ups today while watching the Canada geese landing and taking off from the lake and listening to the Cardinals chirping back and forth to each other.

Gina...I love your routine...basic and effective! I was sore for 2 days after doing 50 leaning pushups. You do that daily!!  my hero!!!! 

Sounds like a nice little scenic backdrop you had today.....kewl!!

The week???  Hmmm i cant even plan dinner the day before!! LOL!!

Did 20 min on ellipticall........ need to excersize, excersize and excersize..... need to tone up the muscles before looking into plastics...

Gurl...you and I are so much alike!!!! I hate to plan but have to sometimes. I am so much better with food planning than anything else. I'm like...."eh, let's see what's up later..."

Great job on the elliptical. I love that machine because I can get real serious and groove to my musak and look like a fool on there while burning lots and lots of calories....tee heee. 

when are you thinking of plastics?

I had a day of rest today after yesterday's grueling ballet class.  Tomorrow I start back up again with a morning run before a stressful day of work.
