Fitness Challenge - November 28 (thought I forgot huh...lol)
Howdy LW's...you thought I forgot to post huh...
I've been online for a while now working on my blog page. I am in the process of creating a blog site that will have points of interest for WLS peeps and non-ops. I think it is turning out nicely. I want to have a food segment...uh duh...lol and then a few segments for our significant others on our journey (spouses, friends, family, etc) Still working on layouts etc but hey, that's whats fun about it.
I will do another 'indoor' workout because I have planned baking and chores etc today. I don't want to leave the house...I'm in a blah blah mood. Could be all the snow and cold lately...dunno
What are you doing today?

I waited until the "heat of the day" which was 46 and took Poppy for a drive. Otherwise, just getting work done that I was behind on. Got to get my warmer stuff out, I was cold.

Oh, I knew you hadn't forgotten! I've been lurking for the last few minutes just patiently waiting. Once I post, I'm putting this computer down and doing something.....watch a movie, nap, fold clothes, dunno what exactly, but something.
My running buddy and I went out to the lake this morning and ran 11 miles. We had planned on 13 miles, but we decided to try a different route and messed up our ending spot. Anyway, 11 was enough for today. I'm wiped out. I may still try to get in 30 minutes of pilates today to get everything all stretched out.
I'm excited you are starting a blog. I've started to read quite a few fitness blogs lately. Share the link when you have it all pretty!

Good for you girly!!! I sure will send the link. Pretty?? Well, we'll see how it goes. It'll be a work in progress for a while I suppose. I am thinking of putting a segment on:
food (ops and nonops)
fitness
bubble gut
protein shakes (recipes)
support
non-ops
Any other suggestions...shoot them my way :)

Hahahaha. I knew you wouldn't forget so I thought I'd better be prepared.
It was crisp here this morning but the rain stopped and I wanted to get out and walk. My best friend, who's birthday is it today, and I went out for a neighborhood walk. She picked the route and we did hills, then more hills and more hills. Her size 0 self never gets tired out! We walked for 90 minutes and I was tired at the end. I came home and my ankle cried and now it's starting to feel better. Glad I'm seeing the chiropractor at 8am tomorrow.
