Menus and Miles Sunday Nov. 28th

Hey all,
Lazy day here too. We (well,DH and DS anyway) have eaten all the holiday goodies. So,what did I do? I went and made a homemade blackberry cobbler for them. DS is visiting from WY and the mom in me wants to make him goodies. Thank heavens I made Low Carb cheesecake with strawberries for me anf there are still some left. They didn't like it much.

While they were eating their cobbler I ate TWO (GAH!) mini cheesecakes with strawberries! I was feeling a bit deprived,I guess. I am pretty full and don't much like the feeling deprived feeling since I have not been troubled with that in the last nine months.

I am seriously considering sticking strictly with protein for a few days and get some carb cleansing. we shall see...

GoOd evening Roz! Been lurking here quite a bit. Nothing really changing for me lately. Am down a few pounds now at 182#. Hope everyone has been doing well. Also had a check up with doc A and everything on my labs reads normal. Will see ya all later......Jeff
