Becoming regular is a tough challenge. I put up my routine in hopes that it'll help others. I noticed that if one or more is not taken, then the balance is off. I have gone daily on this routine.
I hope it help you too...

Thanks Diana, I just added them to my list of things to buy in preparation for my surgery next month. Anything else you think I should add, let me know please

Ktot!!! Congrats on your upcoming surgery!! I love your signature quote!! Live for life and YOU!!!

I would add the enzymes for sure in your cabinet for post op. I had all my vitamins in chewable versions stocked up ready. I had broth and unflavored protein (GNC brand). I added the protein to anything I could. Although I should mention that although we as newly post ops really want to get all our protein in and vitamins...don't push the pouch so early. It took me weeks to get to where I felt I met the protein intake and all.

HUGS to you and CONGRATS AGAIN!!!

Good Report.  The BooM Princess stopped at my house this morning and was in a very generous mood.

I've made several changes in the last week. So I'm not sure which is helping but I will continue them all for right now.

1.  Started a multi-vitamin that contains probiotics - I'm 1 week into them. Found a Rainbow Light petite I can keep down.
2.   Yesterday added 400 units of Magnesium - big thang but it stayed down
3.   1 week ago started taking 1 colace daily
4.   Added 1 persimmon to my daily menu a week ago.
5.   Yesterday had a couple of Papaya Enzyme chewables
