I ate much more than I intended, no excuses.   Ready to move on and get back on my plan.  I'm certainly not proud of myself, but, thankful that I know I can get back on track!!!!!

I realize that I will always have to be accountable to OH for my own wellfare.

We all have our moments!  I think sometimes when we are so close to goal we are conditioned to splurge a little more than we would have......I'm thankful I was only at Thanksgiving around the food for only 2 hours or I'd be making the same post!.........LOL

More important that being accountable to OH is being accountable to yourself.  Think now about ways you could have done things, planned things differently and use those for the next big food day, which happens to be right around the corner.
The positive thing is that you recognized what happened, owned it and are getting back on track.  Good for you.  I'm sure it must be hard to be so close to goal and easy to let it slip.  But you are on track again.  We all get de-railed.  It is just important to hop back on the track.
