I got home at 6:15 and as I was getting ready for bed when DD#2 called and wanted to know if I wanted to go shopping with her...LOL If she had called 10 minutes earlier I might have considered it but that bed was calling my name.!!

Yesterday was bad for grazing on chexmex and crackers while I was cooking 6 hrs or so in the kitchen. The dinner 100% wls friendly and a hit!! but I fell to the seduction of the carb monster and well, the scale reminded me of how poor choices lead to consequences. pppffftt...stupid scale...lol
Today, trying to stay on track.
B - double protein coffee (48g & 228 cal)
L - ??
D - ?? prob same leftovers as yesterday
S - protein hot chocolate (24g & 114 cal)
Protein: 72g (goal is 100+)
Cals: 342 (goal is 1000'ish)

Ps - I did have my protein shakes yesterday and took all my vits. The snacking began in the afternoon...should have grabbed another shake...oh well. :)

I got out for awhile today, but not for long. It was COLD here and real windy - and I wasn't really in the mood (huh?)... plus I worked today.. albeit from home... no protein drinks yesterday, ate too much... low on vits... getting back on track!
I'm babysitting tonight! YEA!

I did good with my food yesterday. My problems are often the day after an event so I want to stay accountable.
B. 3 oz Harris Ranch Pot Roast - got it at costco and it's so yummy!

DD and I went shopping, but didn't make it to the early early morning deals. DGD had to go to daycare and they didn't open until 7:30. I did get some good deals and some of my shopping done.
Today was a better day than yesterday as far as what I ate.
