Yesterday was a 1/2 on track day. I did great until about mid evening and then I snacked. It was all grains/carbs and I drank along with it...hhhmmm won't do that today. Today I'm going out to breakfast with my DH and FIL at FIL's favorite diner. I'll have a good breakfast. I'll also drink protein coffee on the way down to assist in that...then, have to drop the DS2 off at the movies for a date....he's too damned cute!! Then I'll hang out and make up the rest as we go...So, not sure how the menu will pan out but here's what I'll do so far this morning.....
S - Protein coffee (48g & 228 cal)
B - 2 egg whites, 1/2 slice toast, 1 slice bacon (9g & 117 cal)
S - Venti latte of somesort to support the habit...lol (15g & 130 cal)
L - ??
D - ??
S - Protein hot cocoa (24g & 114 cal)
Protein: 96g (100+ goal)
Calories: 619 (1000'ish goal)
Vits: Morning batch done
Water: will start after coffee (96oz min goal) Yesterday I surpassed that!! :)
Miles: indoor resistance routine I'm working on...more to follow

Glad the holiday eating is about ver. I am not sure if I did as well as I hoped I would but didn't do terrible eeeither. Even though I made low carb cheesecake for myself,I wasn't crazy about the taste,so ate some dessert bits from the full sugar line. I ate my turkey and ham first. so we will see when I go to weigh Monday.
