Fitness Challenge - Day AFTER Turkey Day
RNY on 05/03/13 with
i actually broke out my wii fit and jogged in place for 30 min about 6.50 miles
and i did the advanced step for 15 min
and the hoola hoop for 10 min im glad i got something in i was naughty last week i did nothing and took a break of it all
