Holiday Challenge Met, Happy Thanksgiving
When we started this challenge I had just come off the closest thing I have had to a stall and I guess I set my end of year goal low. But it was 167 and this morning, I am 167, Yahoo. So looking back through the last challenge post, seems I have lost 6 lbs in 18 day. With 36 days till the end of the year, I should be able to lose another 12, sooooo new goal is 154 by the end of the year. I seem to remember weighing 150 something when I had my son, who is now 35. I remember that I gained 36lbs with him. Going backwards is great fun. Yeah me.

My 3 month Dr appointment, which is really 6 days from my 4 month surgeversity is Jan 3. I think he will be pleased.
