Melissa, sorry you had to go through that with your Mom.  They do mean well!!  My mom loves to cook sweets and everytime we go to her house she has all kinds of sweets cooked.  I tried to tell her but it is no use.  She also loves to get up and cook a large breakfast.  I do better with saying no to that than the sweets. 

I had a carb hangover today also and did not want to get out of the bed.  Today is a new day and I'm back on track and feeling much better - hope you are also.
