Hi Everyone,
Let's all join in sending our very own Ava (Mini-Me's Mommy) our love, support, care, felicitations and blessings as she embarks on this new phase of her life! She and DH were married on Saturday in Las Vegas. She's been talking about it for ages, and now it's actually happened!
I know we're all proud of the amazing strides Ava has taken to soar in her career, to nurture and offer her creative gifts, and to be a healthy woman despite the many curveballs her life has thrown her. So this makes me even more grateful to give thanks for this new moment of joy in her life - may it ever be so.

Aww thank you so much good friends !! We really ALL have so much to be grateful for this Thanksgiving don't we ?

I think sometimes the biggest gift we here on the LW boards have been given is the realization that U cant stay healthy , fit , thin and sane ALONE post WLS - well a least not usually as HAPPILY as we do with a close-knit bunch of loving supportive understanding friends .

Its a HUGE lifestyle change... particularly if U truly want to make the most of it and get really fit and strong and lose ALL your excess weight and keep it off.

WLS is not for sissies !

Thanks so much for Ur well wishes and all Ur kind support this year .
