Last day of work for me this week...Yeah!!!!  I'll be posting in the Morning but in case you are to busy.....Everyone have a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving!!  Be Safe if you are traveling and EAT SMART!!!!!!   This is a Great Holiday for doing Protein First!!!  I can't wait for turkey!!!

My  menu for today:

Early - Coffee w skim milk
B - 1/4 bagel w cream cheese
Later - Myoplex vanilla protein shake  -and I'm ON THE GO again today have to pick up race packet, then kids meeting boyfriend and his kids!!!
Lunch - yeah right
S - 2 hard boiled eggs if I can get them in
D - protein shake
S - protein shake

I am way stressed may or not be able to eat real food today.  Gotta get calories in though so I'm not wrecked tomorrow morning for my 5mile run.  At 54 min projected time, it's right on the edge of glygogen depletion and I haven't eaten much all week..........I look good though!!! LOL.

thanks Jody I have missed you too!  I am REALLY thinking I want to do Traverse City in the spring, the half marathon, instead of Cleveland.  But I will let you know as it gets closer.  If you will still be there??

I think my friend Lynn might run it with me, or maybe the boyfriend, who knows??

Good morning! I got up at 3am (not sure why, just woke up). I did a quick 45 minute walk on the treadmill and headed for the kitchen. I have already baked 6 pans of pumpkin custard, 72 cupcakes, roasting cauliflower for mashed cauliflower right now and dicing low carb bread for stuffing. Our first Thanksgiving gathering is tonight at 6. I still have so much to do, plus I will want to get beautiful lol.

Not much of a menu today, did 3 protein coffees already and I am going to keep it very light and low-calorie so I have a little wiggle room for dinner. I am up 3 pounds this week (for no apparent reason) and I don't want to gain any more. I guess my body is adjusting a little.

Hi Roz!  Happy Thanksgiving to you too!  I won't be on tomorrow as I'll be heading down to my sisters' for dinner.  3 1/2 hour drive each way.  My new BF is going with me (YEA!) so it will be nice to have some company for the drive down and back.  We'll be leaving from his place since he lives about an hour closer and we're supposed to get some yucky weather... and ... he doesn't have internet - so no computer for me!

Carbs and sugar have sneaked back into my diet and life... not a good time of year for that to happen!

B - 2 protein coffees, a regular coffee
L1 - 1 piece of pizza
L2 - 1 piece of pizza
D - chili (BF making it - yum!) 
S - probably a few adult beverages

Vits:  I forgot them this morning!  I'll take them this afternoon
Water:  will do good

I have not tried using the site to calculate my protein and carbs. But I made some modifications to reduce my cards a bit and increase my water intake.

B: 1/4 cottage cheese w/ 1 tbs of SF applesauce
S: 4oz of  rasberry & backberry juice & 4oz green tea
L: 6 oz Chicken with peas blended soup
S: 6ozProtein Shake
D: 6 oz Chicken with peas blended soup
S: 8oz Green tea

Plus will try to get in an additional 32 oz of water through out the day
