Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Early - Coffee w skim milk
B - 1/4 bagel w cream cheese
Later - Myoplex vanilla protein shake -and I'm ON THE GO again today have to pick up race packet, then kids meeting boyfriend and his kids!!!
Lunch - yeah right
S - 2 hard boiled eggs if I can get them in
D - protein shake
S - protein shake
I am way stressed may or not be able to eat real food today. Gotta get calories in though so I'm not wrecked tomorrow morning for my 5mile run. At 54 min projected time, it's right on the edge of glygogen depletion and I haven't eaten much all week..........I look good though!!! LOL.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Not much of a menu today, did 3 protein coffees already and I am going to keep it very light and low-calorie so I have a little wiggle room for dinner. I am up 3 pounds this week (for no apparent reason) and I don't want to gain any more. I guess my body is adjusting a little.
Carbs and sugar have sneaked back into my diet and life... not a good time of year for that to happen!
B - 2 protein coffees, a regular coffee
L1 - 1 piece of pizza
L2 - 1 piece of pizza
D - chili (BF making it - yum!)
S - probably a few adult beverages
Vits: I forgot them this morning! I'll take them this afternoon

L: 6 oz Chicken with peas blended soup

Plus will try to get in an additional 32 oz of water through out the day
L: 1 egg on 1 slice of very thin WW toast CAL: 110 Protein: 7g
Snack: Protein shake CAL: 195 Protein: 32g
D: Left over Pork chop (baked) CAL: 100 Protein 11g
Total calorie: 600 Protein: 82g
Already took my vitamins and drinking water with benefiber now :)
Treadmill is a night time thing after the kids are in bed and I am done working (I work from home)
