Lightweight??

Hey everyone...I didn't even know this board existed and I while posting on another board I was told I was a lightweight and needed to check out this board! So...thought I'd say hello. I'm scheduled for surgery December 21st at 11:00 a.m. and cannot wait! I have been waiting for this a long time. Support ALWAYS welcome!!

Hey! I just got approved for the sleeve on the 29th! I am about 236 right now so we will be on our journey together!! Yay!

Lapband 4/08 removed 3/10.....Sleeve scheduled for 12/28/2010!!!!!!

Thank you ladies! It is so weird I found this board because you are so right Jody about different issues and questions. One of my biggest fears is getting "too" thin and not having energy. The other boards just laugh at that but it is a valid concern. I just don't want to trade one set of co-morbidities for others!

So excited for your approval...I remember how that call felt and it was AWESOME! I look forward to hanging here with you guys. I definantly need all the support I can get

Welcome to the lovely LW's board! It's great around here and everyone is so supportive! This board is different indeed. Some of the other boards that I've been avid on over the last 3+ years are not as welcoming to someone with a lower BMI. I think it's rude but that's my opinion....lol and we all have those. Ha!

Anyway keep up posted and congrats on your upcoming surgery!

Glad you found us! I didn't find the board until I already had my surgery. I wish I had the wisdom these folks have to give before hand. I wish you luck on your upcoming surgery it's one heck of ride!
