We had family in Orange. We used to go over to Bridge City and go fishing/crabbin'! I had a blast catching crabs with a raw chicken leg tied to a string. Fun crazy stuff! We used to love to get a big brown sack of crawfish from Market Basket ready to eat! Yummy!
