Turkey Trot thurs a.m. 5 miles can't neglect the protein...........had a 3 mile run today, left IT band is being evil.

Hey Kerniec, haven't seen you around in a long time. How have you been? I think losing was way easy but the maintaining is hard. I found out about 2 months ago I have a small slip and had 1cc taken out. OMG I gained 10 pounds have lost 2 of that and need to shed the other 8 but I am so damn hungry all the time. I will have an upper gi after Christmas and if all is well I will and just 1/4 of that cc put back. I hate this hunger all the time. I got food poisoning and i think that is why the band slipped.
It is HARD to maintain right now I have a very on the edge of tight fill so I can lose the weight I gained and then I'll have to have it taken out. I literally had only .15 put in for my second adjustment in the last two months and it put me at the edge of perfect and insane............but I have to get the weight off, that's why the bloody thing is adjustable. Slips are all too common........but no tool is perfect and I remind myself of that all the time.
I had thestomach flu earlier this year and freaked out so I understand, mine was ok but you never know............
I still love my band but it is a love/hate relationship. hope you are well otherwise!

Kids GREAT, DIVORCE ugly, but I have a REAL BOYRFRIEND......He's the whole package and we're in love....................
Working on getting a third job because I am a survivor. I will not stop running and I have to make ends meet...............with no support, I am 100% on my own other than he and his parents feed them more than I do (during day at Grandparents and three evenings w Dad)............
Forcing as many expenses on him as I can since he won't pay support and I don't need/want him in jail I'd rather work three jobs...........for now anyway!!!
