Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Good morning! I am making lists and did inventory to make sure I have everything I need for all the cooking that begins tomorrow. I am going to be in the kitchen all day.

B: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee
     1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee
S: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee
     Snap peas
L: Sandwich (2 low carb bread, 4 slices deli turkey, 1FF cheese, 1tbs FF mayo)
    Zucchini, carrots
S: Carbmaster yogurt
     Celery w/PB2
D: Grilled sandwich wrap (Low carb tortilla, 4 deli turkey, 1tbs bacon bits, 1/4C ff cheddar, lettuce, tomato)
S: 1C acorn squash w/seasoning, 2tbs walnut
S: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/decaf

Cal: 1330, Fat: 28, Carb: 126, Prot: 161
Water: 80oz so far, Vitamins: Done
Exercise: 75 minute intervals on treadmill, floor exercises

I'm baking pies tonight (Wed.) but everything else will be done tomorrow morning.  My DD is hosting at her house but I am supplying all of the food.

i hope all is well. i've been away for a bit, at a conference for work and in boston for the weekend with the bf. my eating has been a bit scattered but i'm back to normal for now.

b: 6 oz greek yogurt w 3 oz strawberries and 1 oz mixed nuts
s: protein shake
l: chicken chili and brown rice chips
s: not sure
d: turkey burger and mixed vegetables

miles: spin class

Hi Chris!  Missed You!!!!   Does BF stand for Best Friend or Boy Friend?  For the longest time I thought Jody was talking about her Best Friend but now I know better....LOL

How was your eating while you were away.  I've heard Boston is a beautiful city.

i missed you too! bf is boyfriend! we had a great time in boston. it is a very beautiful city, a great mix of old and new. my eating has been off schedule because i haven't been home very much lately. what that means for me is that i'm having 3 meals, but not often having my protein shakes which i know i need. so i'm trying to come up with a plan to get them in on the go. the one good thing is that for the most part i'm not eating junk. im eating healthy foods, but not getting that extra protein.

SNOIW.....YUK!!!!  We have been having beautiful weather for this time of year.  I guess the rain is coming Thursday.
