Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

i hope all is well. i've been away for a bit, at a conference for work and in boston for the weekend with the bf. my eating has been a bit scattered but i'm back to normal for now.

i missed you too! bf is boyfriend! we had a great time in boston. it is a very beautiful city, a great mix of old and new. my eating has been off schedule because i haven't been home very much lately. what that means for me is that i'm having 3 meals, but not often having my protein shakes which i know i need. so i'm trying to come up with a plan to get them in on the go. the one good thing is that for the most part i'm not eating junk. im eating healthy foods, but not getting that extra protein.

L - buffalo chicken wings w/ranch dressing
S - greek yogurt cheesecake
D - no idea - BF will be here! I should have planned and put a roast in the crockpot...
